The International Mind Education Institute together with Director Kim Je Hong and Mind research institute visited Japan for two days from Nov. 12-13 through the invitation of Japanese entrepreneurs. The International Mind Education Institute presented the necessary mind-set for the Japanese in the current era.

Kim Jae-hong, president of the International Mind Education Institute, gave a lecture on "deep listening" the start of communication, saying that it is the difference of mind that korea predict the future and goes a step ahead, and listening can change a country, not only makes individuals happy, but also makes the family and company grow and happy. 

"I had a very difficult time because I hired outstanding employees but I didn't interact with them. I got a real answer from today's lecture," said by one of the Japanese  entrepreneurs who attended the training.

He also asked for another lecture in other parts of Japan, saying “The lecture that the couple who didn't talked to each other for long time, I had to throw away the statue of my heart first was memorable, and I felt the importance and necessity of communication even though I couldn't express my mind to anyone."
